Billy Traxler is the proud owner of M&T Septic & Backhoe. He grew M&T from septic installation to a well-known Utility Contracting company across the state.Years ago, he joined his dad, Jack Traxler, on the M&T path and continued to grow it. He carries forward a legacy of hard work, integrity, and deep-rooted expertise in underground utility services. Billy has ran M&T to earn a reputation for quality work, reliable & efficient solutions in the utility industry. He now has his two boys, Jacob & Brayden, by his side to keep the family tradition alive. When not managing operations of the business, you can find him in the great outdoors, indulging in his love for hunting.

Jacob & Nicole Traxler proudly work together in the family business. Jacob grew up on his dad's jobsites and followed in his footsteps, bringing both legacy and leadership to his role. He is highly skilled and deeply knowledgeable in the water & sewer aspect of the business. Known for his OCD-level attention to detail, he sets high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. His sharp eye, strong work ethic, and PR skills consistently drive exceptional results, earning respect from crews and clients alike.

Nicole is the heartbeat of the office. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service, all while balancing the unique dynamic of working alongside her husband, father in law, brother in law and our dedicated team. She takes pride in beign part of the family's long history of providing reliable water and sewer solutions to the state of Oklahoma.

Brayden is a key member of M&T. He works directly on the water crew and specilizes in the installation of septic systems. He is an OK DEQ certified septic system installer. His deep rooted knowledge of both water line services and septic system installations ensure all projects are handled with the utmost care and skill. Growing up learning the ins and outs of the business, he is proud to carry on that tradition.
